Hi,
I bought a FIT PC2 2.0GHz in hopes of using it as a movie and video server. I have installed Windows 7 Home Premium and downloaded and installed the FIT PC2 drivers, and I am using a 27" monitor. I have set it to overclock at 12.5%. At this point, I primarily use iTunes movies, and unfortunately, the films have poor quality pixelation, and frames are being skipped.
Have I incorrectly set it all up, or does the FIT PC2 not work for iTunes movies.
Thanks for the assistance,
Greg
FIT PC2 & iTunes Movies
Re: FIT PC2 & iTunes Movies
For video to playback well HW video acceleration is needed. Quicktime does not take advantage of the GMA500 acceleration so it is not expected to play well. You can play better with Windows Media Player or MPC HC.

Irad,
Thanks, OK, that makes sense. Do you know where I can learn about getting Windows Media Player or MPC HC to play iTunes downloaded movies with its DRM?
Thanks,
Greg
