I know the product can be configured with serial port(s), but this is implemented via USB:

Code: Select all

10c4:ea60 Silicon Labs CP210x UART Bridge
Does the mainboard include a serial header for console-level debugging, for, say, the boot process? Goal is to run Linux headless, so having a serial console for debug is convenient. I can enable a tty on the USB-based one, but that is not generally available until after boot whereas having grub support a serial port provides more flexibility.

Tensor-I20 has a serial port that comes directly from the chipset, for these purposes.
To use it, it is needed to connect a DB-9 connector, FT.HB-DB9 to J11 on the motherboard.
