Just Arrived But No Signal on Display

Post by ferit.tuncer »

Hello,

My Airtop3 has just arrived. It has Xeon E-2288G and RTX 4000.

When I tried to connect using on-board HDMI ports I didn't get video signal. But I'm told this should be OK as they are disabled by default. And then I tried to connect graphics cards output to my monitor, using DisplayPort to HDMI cable (monitor does not have DisplayPort input) and still no signal. Also while trying this I didn't observe D indicator turn to green, which seems abnormal. I tried all three DisplayPorts, all the same.

Do I have a defective unit? Or am I doing it wrong?

Please help. :(

Using a 2K monitor with Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort connection, it worked.

The default BIOS setting of this device is sending an output to the external graphical card, not integrated.
If you succeeded to connect the display to your discrete card and get output, follow the instruction below:

1. Access BIOS
2. Switch "Default Display" to "On-board Graphics" (located under the "Quick-Settings" setup menu)
3. Check if the issue persists. This option should enable both the on-board and the external graphic card.
