Airtop3 just arrived, BIOS light not on, can't boot from USB

I bought the Airtop3 without any RAM or any SSD/HD.
I install these components myself when the arrived.
After installation, I need to boot via a USB drive to install Ubuntu.
Problem:
BIOS light is not on.
Nothing is appearing on the screen.
I followed the instructions in the handbook:
I held down DEL key while turning on the machine.

I just read the manual.
It may be the RAM.
The light for the RAM is amber and does not turn green.
I have registered memory, apprently.

This is the RAM that I have.
Can someone confirm that it is NOT compatible?

Regarding your RAM question -
here you can see that we support "Up to 128 GB (4x DIMM DDR4-
2666 ECC | Non-ECC (unbuffered))"
This one:

Does not seem to be compatible -
3200 instead of
2666, and ECC unbuffered, instead of just ECC.

The RAM that I bought does work.
The light for the RAM is now green, which means it worked.
But the light for the BIOS is still amber.
It is not booting and not detecting my keyboard or mouse.
