Change in IPC3 available configurations

Due to marginal compatibility of DDR4 modules of various manufacturers with the IPC3, Compulab decided that in order to ensure optimal reliability the IPC3 will be validated along with the RAM module, hence IPC3 barebone without RAM will not be offered.

That is actually good news! I have a pile of failed DDR4 modules here in my drawer. Never saw any problems in the IPC2.
