What happens when both DC and POE power are supplied?

If both POE (Power Over Ethernet) and DC power are supplied, what happens? My guess is that if the POE Facet card is installed, the DC power input is ignored (even if the POE input is not actually supplying power).

Not 100% correct. Existing of the FC-POED FACET does not affect the standard DC power. The device can still be powered from the standard PSU supplied with the device. The SBC smart power management circuit knows how to handle more than one power source.
