Remote Bios Update

Hello, We have deployed 200+ fitlet2 units. Is there away to do a bios update from inside the OS or push out remotely or will I have to physically touch every unit? We are having issues during reboots where fitlets will hang up till you remove the keyboard and I saw a usb power setting change in the latest bios.
