I have utilized the troubleshooting steps and get LEDs when I remove the hard drive, but everything stops working (No LEDs) when the hard drive is installed? New Fitlet2 purchased a couple of months ago.

With the following information:
Serial Number of device
BIOS version
Exact model of the disk installed.
