Fitlet2 no LED absolutely nothing

My fitlet2 does not boot. There is no led lighting.
I've already pressed the power on button for a long time.
What can be wrong?

Does the PSU output 12V?
If it does, please try to perform an RTC reset as instructed at the below:

What about the PSU? have you tried measuring its output?
Is there an alternative PSU you could test?

The pc have the option upt to 36V installed, so I've used different power supplies, without any success.
