Linux Mint 20.1 Lost Video Hardware Acceleration

I installed Linux Mint 20.1 all is well but I lost Hardware Video Acceleration. It was fine under Mint 18.3.
I did install:
$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt install va-driver-all mint-meta-codecs vainfo
But now I get this:
vainfo
libva info: VA-API version 1.7.0
libva error: vaGetDriverNameByIndex() failed with unknown libva error, driver_name = (null)
vaInitialize failed with error code -1 (unknown libva error),exi
inxi -b
Graphics:
Device-1: Intel HD Graphics 620 driver: N/A
Display: x11 server: X.Org 1.20.9 driver: fbdev unloaded: modesetting,vesa
resolution: 1920x1080~77Hz
OpenGL: renderer: llvmpipe (LLVM 11.0.0 256 bits) v: 4.5 Mesa 20.2.6
I also installed the 5.8.50 kernel but still no video acceleration.
Should I install Mint 20 instead?
Regards
Jean
