Is there a key to press during boot (i.e. while the BIOS is executing) that will bring up a boot disk menu?

I know that I can press the key to get into BIOS settings and then change the boot order within the BIOS settings but some BIOS implementations give the somewhat better option of bringing up a menu with all the available disks to boot from and the user makes a choice (for this boot only).

The one time boot menu should be up by pressing F7.
