Graceful Shutdown

If you would only reconsider this. With graceful shutdown the product can remain plug-and-play for those who don't plan to use this feature. Sadly, none of the other 12V UPS manufacturers (e.g. Eaton 3SM36, APC CP12142LI) have it also. Inclusion of graceful shutdown would make the product more desirable. 12V NAS users would also want it.

As I know graceful shutdown is required when the power outage assumed as long and capacity of fit-Uptime can't hold such period. So you can just think about normal UPS with such feature realized through OS application.
