Mounting plate

There have been some mounting questions before, and VESA mounting is described at

However, the standard VESA mounting plates do not have the 2 holes needed for attaching the fitlet to the plate. I see that you have such a plate at the pictures. Is it something you sell, is it available somewhere else or do I have to drill some holes?
