IPC2 LAN1 (I218) Ethernet controller speed fix

In IPC2 produced between 12 Nov, 2015 - 10 Dec, 2015 (see SN) Ethernet FW section has been corrupted and programmed with 10 Mbps instead of 1000 Mbps.
