The following changes relate to:
* fit-PC4
* SBC-FITPC4

1. Power management improvements by 5-10W, resulting in power optimization:
3. Changed logo LED functionality:
4. Added connector for remote power button.
5. Added ability to connect CMOS battery with harness.
6. FACE Modules interface uses SMBUS0 instead SMBUS1.
7. mSATA latching hole changed on Mac8 - M2 fix with M2 screw.

- a. Value models: 5W-11W
- b. Pro models: 6W-24W
3. Changed logo LED functionality:
- a. SW Off (S5)/Sleep (S3) states: weak yellow
- b. Power up: strong green + strong yellow during memory init (about 3 sec)
- c. Active state (S0): strong green
- d. Memory init failed indicator: strong green + strong yellow
4. Added connector for remote power button.
5. Added ability to connect CMOS battery with harness.
6. FACE Modules interface uses SMBUS0 instead SMBUS1.
7. mSATA latching hole changed on Mac8 - M2 fix with M2 screw.
