The AMD docs say GX-420CA SOC has ECC.
Does the fit-PC4 support ECC on RAM?

I expect then that the SODIMM also would need to have ECC, e.g. Kingston KVR16LSE11/8KF.

ECC SODIMM requires a different socket.
fit-PC4 supports only non-ECC RAM.
