Hello everyone,
while repurposing a uSVR for home use I accidentally messed up something in the BIOS, and now I can't enter it anymore. A bios reset will (probably) solve this, as mentioned in this post: viewtopic.php?p=19234#p19234 . This is the standard procedure for almost any motherboard.
Problem is, I can't figure out how to get to those two pins. The two parts of the usvr case will probably slide apart to open the case. But that is blocked by the daughterboard with the sata connectors.
So, the questions are:
-Can I reset the bios in another way than shorting the pins?
-If I have to short the pins, how do I open the case?
If anyone has any questions for me, I am happy to answer them.

If you can't perform this:

You may try to re-update the BIOS:

Re: How to open uSVR case
If anyone still needs to open it.
So. The case doesn't slide. And don't even try to slide or you will really break that small board with SATA connectors.
Instead open it from a side, like a clam shell: there are interlocked bezels on each side of the case. One of them has more triangular form, another - more rounded form. You need to work with the round bezel. Just grab a flat screwdriver, insert it there and use it like a lever, gently pull upper side of a case and it will open.
