What kind of DDR2 RAM is used in the fit-PC2 ? DDR2-400 ? DDR2-533 ? Another one ?
Is Xen, the virtual machine monitor, runnable on the fit-PC2 ?
Thanks in advance.

RAM in fit-PC2 is DDR2-533 soldered on-board.
I'm not familiar with Xen.

Ok, one more question : is the RAM mounted for easy upgrade like the hard disk is ?

Yes, you can to use XEN (it isn't a emulator, it's a paravirtualization).
If you see the Intel web:
http://www.intel.com/products/atom/index.htm
Download the datasheet
You can read at page 7
INTEL Virtualization technology (Intel vt).
It's possible the paravirtualization whit soft, but the atom processors have
hard virtualization.
Greetings!
