FitPC2 audio issues

Hi, my FitPC2 has recently started having audio issues during video playback. The audio stutters (sometimes to the point of completely cutting out for seconds) and seems to get worse the longer the device is powered on. To rule out any software (Ubuntu 9.10) issues, I reformatted to a clean Linux Mint 9 install and I'm getting the same issues.

C-states are off.

Help please?

Hi Gabriel,
Yes I've followed that guide and had no issues during the installation.
Do you have any other things I can try?

Yes I'm aware of that. What I meant was I've tried a number of different video types, all of which seem to exhibit this issue. I then tried an MP3 file to see if ti was a hardware issue or something to do with the decoding.

Is your FitPC placed in closed unventilated environment?

I am unable to confirm this bug. Can you please try a Live Mint version? I have tested several SD format without noticing the sound issue
