my fit pc is dead

i got fit pc 2 as gift from my friend from usa.we both are student of robotics and we use fit pc due to its weight and size,it is suitable for our need of robots.but it dead 7days ago,i emailed support .but they never replied.i have checked all the things looks like power supply or motherboard is died,all plugs and pins are in fine condition.as we use it for our studies we are having big loss bcuzz it caused lot of problem to us.we have to take part in exhibition but we denied it bcuzz our robot operating program was inside it (we use it store our program inside it).it was a fit-PC2 Linux
1.6 GHz, 1GB RAM, 250GB HDD, WiFi, Linux
so i need replacemnt as fast as it can available ,it was 2-3months old pc.plzz help me.
is email support sleeping?
i am really pissed from the email support.

What do you mean by saying it's dead? Is there any led lights lit when you power up the device?

there is only power light on(green color) ,why there is no offical email support ,is there only mods and admins of forum who can help me.it affected my studies and now our robo is just piece of crap.

This is a support forum. If you need a support you can post here your concern and we will do all the best to help you. If you don't want the support team to try to solve your issue and you sure that this is a RMA case you should firstly contact your seller to claim your warranty replacement.

i want my product replaced,i dont care u are from rma team or support team,u are also part of fit pc company,no one answer through email so i signed up here,your rma team is wasting my time,i am frustated,i have sended lot of emials,i dont know what the issue,i only want replcament for my device bcuzz its under warranty.
