fitpc2 and monitoring with fprobe

Hi,
I would like to know if anyone has already some experience using fprobe on a fit pc. Fprobe is a linux based tool that generates netflow like a Cisco device. But u can use it on a location where you don't have Cisco devices.
The thing is that it needs to look at all the traffic and converts it into netflow. This generates a certain load on the cpu. I need to know if it is possible when we have approximately 350flows/s.
Thanks
