In general you were able to ask the same in your mail to support.
Regarding the BIOS - this depends on the SBC revision. BIOS version of 05 can be incompatible with first SBC revisions.
Please send the Serial Number of your device to the support mail.

If both POE (Power Over Ethernet) and DC power are supplied, what happens? My guess is that if the POE Facet card is installed, the DC power input is ignored (even if the POE input is not actually supplying power). Not 100% correct. Well, but what the difference between image for fitlet2 and any other device? If you check the BIOS update guide it, for example, contains bootable USB image for performing this procedure.
