Yes, I believe it was exact the same command for Mint 19 as for Mint 19.1.

On my MintBox Mini 2 Pro, running Draftsight https://www.3ds.com/products-services/draftsight-cad-software/free-download/ all handles is very slow. On my former PC with Nvidia this also occurs but changing driver to (like) "Nvidia experimental support for 3D" it works fine. How to do similar for my ...

Else you'd have to boot your fitlet with some kind of operating system (ubuntu?) from yet another USB drive and use some kind of image deployment tool running under this operating system to copy your image to the SSD. If you are new with Linux, Mint is a better choice than Ubuntu.
