FIT-PC2i DIN Rail mount
I am enquiring to see if anyone has a solution for DIN rail mounting the FIT-PC2i? I see there has been some discussion about this on the forum in the past. I am currently planning on making a mount using the FIT heat sink and attaching a DIN Rail mounting clip to it. However if anyone has a more el...

Power Plug for Fit2-PCi
I must say I was impressed by the new power plug on the FIT-PC2i. Very simple yet very effective. I assume the design change was in response to complaints about the power plug on the first Fit-PC2s which became disconnected rather easely. We plan to deploying these units powering them with DC power ...

Re: SSD best choice or is compulab going to offer one?
Oops, I did mean 64 or 128 GB (not MB). Sorry, I make this error ocasionally.
Will Windows-7 OS work run withthe 8GB SSD or will this be intended for a different OS? If yes to Windows-7 how much storage space will be left for application/data storage?

SSD best choice or is compulab going to offer one?
Is there any plan for Compulab to offer the FIT-2PCi pre-configured with an SSD? We plan to use these with Windows-7. I have not used SSDs before are there any known compatibility issues I should be aware of? Storage capacity needs are 64 or 128 MB. Any suggestions for the best source for OS OEM ver...

Re: HD Ready 1366x768 res support?
:D I too was experiencing the problem where the 1366x768 screen resolution option was NOT APEARING as an option even though I knew this was the native resolution for my new HP1858W monitor. It drove me crazy, but FINALLY the solution was simple, the graphics property MUST BE SET TO SINGLE DISPLAY! ....

Re: WIFI disconnecting apparently at random
Heres a bat file that pings and repairs a down WIFI connection. Only for use on Windows XP, 2000, 2003 server becuase it uses "devcon" Use Windows scheduler to execute the bat file (e.g. every 5 minutes). Ping fail / repair incedents are logged to a file. See remarks for details. Test results of new...

Re: WIFI disconnecting apparently at random
We have installed a dos batch file which pings the AP and reapirs the FIT-2 WIFI connection if there is no ping response. The failures are also logged to a log file. The batch file uses devcon commands and is started every 5 minutes by Windows Task Scheduler. We have seen multiple incedents of no pi...
