We do not encourage our valued customers to downgrade BIOS to the versions that are not available on our website.

I suggest you to try the following steps:

1. Try to use a corded mouse to see if you are able to wake up your Intense PC

2. Try to launch an Ubuntu Live system to see if you can reproduce your issue under a "clean" system.

As I see, you are trying to use a 8GB of a system memory on a x32 system. You will not be able to use more then 3 GB of it ... Win7 x64 will let you to take advantage of all the 8GB of the memory

Please insert the Live OS USB drive to your IntensePC. Completely power down your system and detach the power cord. You can also obtain the information about your hardware device by checking it's DEV and VEN ID from the Windows Device Manager.

We don't encourage our customers to make a BIOS hard reset. This procedure evolves some technical skills, and in a case of inappropriate taken steps, IntensePC can be bricked.
