Please, try to download the BIOS file again. It should work now.
This BIOS conains the PXE support.
You have to enable the LAN Boot option in the BIOS setup. Enter to the BIOS setup.
Open the AMD tab and change the LAN Boot option from 'Disabled' to 'Enabled'.

The Win7 contains the generic driver for SATA controller.
No one of the HDD and SSD that were tested by us, didn't require the additional driver during the installation.
Is your SSD detected in the BIOS Boot Menu?

Wake on USB is supported by default.
We didn't test IR receiver, but keyboard and mouse only.
