Posted on http://www.fit-pc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=99&t=5119, any update on the wireless issue ? Thanks, nbpf This is probably more pertinent to the Fit-PC3 thread but since I have raised the question here, here we go: I have finally bought a barebone Fit-PC3 low power ( FITPC3-2x2Gb-T40E-WB-FM4U...

This is probably more pertinent to the Fit-PC3 thread but since I have raised the question here, here we go: I have finally bought a barebone Fit-PC3 low power ( FITPC3-2x2Gb-T40E-WB-FM4U) a Samsung SSD 840 256GB drive and I have installed a minimal Debian system booting from an external CD-DVD read...

The system should also provide a wireless Bridge to a router (which I cannot connect to the Network P...

Re: Audio anomalies (linux)
The problem is caused by the wireless lan driver. I have disabled WIFI and sound works ok. I haven't upgraded to latest Mint/xubuntu, so I don't know if the driver has been fixed or not. Too bad, this makes the Intense PC + Mint/xubuntu combination more or less unusable as wireless bridge and MPD s...

Re: Audio anomalies (linux)
Hi, is the issue meanwhile solved ? I'm considering buying a i5 Intense PC (or even a Low Power PC3) to run a small DLNS + MPD server and a Wireless Bridge based on a minimal Debian / GNU Linux system. I'd like to make sure I'm not going to run into this kind of problems. Thanks, nbpf
