Re: VESA mount
How soon will this be out? I have been waiting for a while to get it, but I may simply build my own.

Re: Controlling a mobile robot
Anyone else using fit-pc2 for a mobile robot brain?
I have been building a walking hexapod with fit-pc2 as the controller. I am using OpenCV and I am very happy so far with the results!

Thanks again, prj, that took care of it. Also, have you re-enabled C-states with this driver?

Re: Poulsbo Drivers for GMA500 intel chip on Jaunty (9.04)
I have installed the latest drivers from the ubuntu mobile ppa for jaunty and, they give wrking 3D :) glxgears up to 380 fps You just have add the HorizSync and VertRefresh stuff in your xorg.conf. https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mobile/+archive/ppa I tried installing the driver on top of prj's drive...

Re: Poulsbo Drivers for GMA500 intel chip on Jaunty (9.04)
I have selected GV3 only in the BIOS, but I seem to get occasional freezing after 10 minutes of use. Any idea on what is going on? Should I try other BIOS settings?
Edit: I just read in your previous post that you had disabled HT, I will go ahead and try that.

Re: Ubuntu recovery image now available
The MD5 Sum on the combined image is: c37d4e6a673f898a5e3faa260d3a58e8 Can anybody confirm this is correct? Yes, this is correct, it worked for me. It sure felt like it took many tries for me to get it working though. The only thing that worked was using the "dd" command on my mac. Here is the comm...

Re: Poulsbo Drivers for GMA500 intel chip on Jaunty (9.04)
Great work! I have it running on my fit-pc2 with no problems so far. I haven't had a chance to update the BIOS yet, but it is running fine now. I simply searched for the HorizSync and VertRefresh values of my display in google. I obviously notice the difference in Xorg, but I am happier to notice th...

Re: Poulsbo Drivers for GMA500 intel chip on Jaunty (9.04)
Please excuse my idiocy, but I am not sure how to add the module to /etc/modules. Also, I don't think I understand the Horizsync and VertRefresh values of 30-81 and 56-76.
Thanks!
Thanks!
