Please someone help If I don't come to a conclusion i would have to look elsewhere for mini pc's like intel NUC.

Hi there. I have the fit-pc intense with celerong 1047ue cpu. I'm running latest drivers and latest bios I could find on fit-pc website. My CPU get's stuck on 800mhz no matter what I do and how much load I put on it. Max temps this morning doesn't exceed 50C on load so heat is not an issue. I'm runn...
