fit-pc4 ?

I was trying to do a comparison of the pc3 models, and I noticed a pc4 version with the AMD GX-420CA SOC/ATI 8400E quad core. Is this something that's in the loop and will soon be out, and if so is there a rough estimate to when it could be available as a pro/barebone model ?
