I will do it this way then.
Perhaps I'm going to saw out a whole at the back and use a black cloth to cover the backside (like with a HIFI speaker's cover).
Do you think this would be feasible?

Thanks for replying. Actually I wanted to mount Intense PC to the inner backside of a cupboard. To lose as few space as possible for the drawers, I'd like to create some protrusion to put Intense PC into.
