Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Server on Intense PC

I'm having problems booting into ubuntu 12.04 Server after installation. The installation went fine however I was using a 32 bit version of ubuntu.... I then rebooted the intense PC and after the boot options the screen goes black? Has anyone tested ubuntu server 12.04 or is there any known issues? ...
