Quality isn't that good, I only had my cell phone available to record it, and I've disabled sound.

If you're still experiencing this, try unplugging the HDMI cable and see if the noise is still there, if it's not, buy a better quality shielded HDMI cable, they do run quite expensive though..

I have my fit-PC2 XP HD which has Event Ghost installed, it's an old version though, is it safe to update to the latest I found or will it not function correctly?

Yes you can do it with a USB stick, I guess it'll be labeled D: so you can do it that way, easier also...

That works fine for me on the fit-PC Slim... I have U70 as the only monitor, it works even if the other is not connected.Ofcourse at boot it shows nothing but in windows it works great
