I wanted to ask, as a user with little or no heavy usage, will it worth spending extra bucks for better SSD. Will I notice the difference?

I know a little about SSDs so I have a noob query. I want a 250 GB SSD. So, I found Intel 330 Series 240GB and Intel 520 Series 240GB . Now I want to know how significant is the difference is performance? I know there are benchmarking tests but since I am not a heavy user, will it make a difference?
