I have dowloaded the latest BIOS for the fitpc3. My fitpc3 is running fedora19.
Could someone please help me with updating the BIOS ?

I just bought a fitpc3 pro a week ago. I installed fedora 17 on it. No problems at all.
I also have virtual box loaded with windows7. No problems at all.

Pretty good for what i use it for which is mainly web surfing, youtubing and playing videos
and music.
