I'm actually using the Recovery CD sent with the unit to reinstall windows. It is showing all HD space as available, so perhaps it doesnt come factory installed?

I just received my Fit-PC3 today. Unpackaged, installed wireless antenna's, hooked up HDMI from Fit-PC3 to TV, plugged in power.
