Windows XP Driver Download
Hi There, I would like to report a problem with the fit-PC3 Windows XP driver downloads at: http://www.fit-pc.com/wiki/index.php/Fit-PC3_drivers_for_Windows_XP The audio and USB3 drivers have broken links, and all the downloads appears to have invalid MD5 checksums. It would be very helpful if someo...

Video RAM / RAM Upgrades
Hi There, I have a few questions regarding the RAM in my excellent :D fit-PC3 Pro. 1) -- I would like to use a program called 'Primo Ramdisk' to utilise 'invisible memory' when I am running 32-bit versions of Windows 7 and XP. The relevant instructions for this program (see link below) suggest that ...

Re: fit-VGA and VGA monitor compatibility
Having just re-read my original post, I realise that my description was not entirely correct. The issue with the LG Flatron TFT monitor applies only to displaying images outside of the Windows desktop environment (i.e. before the EDID patch has kicked in). I have come across this situation before wi...

I have two VGA monitors: 1) Proview 786N 17inch CRT monitor 2) LG Flatron L1515S 15inch TFT monitor Connecting to the first (Proview) monitor with the fit-VGA adaptor works, i.e. I am able to see the startup screen and BIOS. Re: Board revision and msata
Hi Gabriel,
To be safe, before I spend any money on an mSATA drive, may I also ask for the same advice. Will my Fit-PC 3 Pro support mSATA revision II, given that it's serial number is:
1121205-00425
Thank you very much for your help
Andy

Re: XP SATA Drivers (SOLVED)
Thank you for the above info. Please could you confirm that 'Service Pack 3' is a an unavoidable requirement when installing Windows XP. What problems occur when using 'Service Pack 2' for example?

Using fit-VGA with fit-PC3 in Windows XP
Hi there, I have 5 questions regarding fit-VGA and fit-PC3: 1) Does it work with Windows XP ? 2) If it works, then does XP need to be patched like Windows 7 ? 3) If Windows XP does need to be patched, does it use the same patch and installation method as Windows 7 (i.e. http://fit-pc.com/forum/viewt...

Re: fit-PC3 Block Diagram
Hi Gabriel, Thanks very much for your reply to my question. I am reassured that the CMOS battery will last a long time and so does not normally need to be replaced. However, I have noticed that a problem has occurred with at least one fit-PC2 CMOS battery: http://www.fit-pc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f...

Re: Windows XP compatibility
Hi there, I would like to know if there is any other functionality (that is other than AHCI) which is not supported under Windows XP. This might seem like a silly question, but I am asking it after having read the following post: fit-PC3 >> Windows on fit-PC3 >> Unknown Audio Device in XP http://www...
