I recently purchased 5 Fit PC 2 computers from http://www.amazon.com/CompuLab-fit-PC2- ... B004KUWTFA. When I plugged the first one in, the monitor reported that there was no operating system. Does anyone know if these devices come with Windows licenses?

Can someone suggest an appropriate convert to power the PC2? We have a 24 Volt battery that will power each device.
