FitPC3 as a HTPC

I am looking for a HTCP with small size and low power, the Fit-PC3 looks like it fits the bill, all my media is stord on a server running Ubuntu (server). The HTPC will drive a projector at full HD (1080) and the amp with 7.1 sound, I will also be running AnyDVD and WMC, has anyone used the Fit-PC3 ...
