Re: No Audio from 3.5mm ports

Hi, I have played with Fit3 for a couple of years now - no real issues that can not overcome. Installed Win7Pro with a SSD - all updated. Come to connect headsets etc and nothing via the 3.5mm audio ports - nothing. All drivers installed as per Fitpc software site. The BIOS on this PC is SBC_2.1.0....

Re: Fit3PC RAMM Upgrade

In general it should work. I would recommend to try other memory type. Interoperability issues are rare but might happen. Noted, thank you. I will get another set in, just didn't know what the "10600s" reference is in the Hynix RAM (factory fitted), spoke with Crucial and they claimed they didn't k...

Re: Displayport to hdmi adapters.. Are they needed.

Hi kenny Cheers for the offer, very kind. The hp unit (loads on bay, good built quality) and cheap too. Did not work initially. I turned off the dp passive bios setting and bang it worked.. Mayhaps I have misunderstood the bios setting. I then tried my other adapters, still no joy, I will retest tom...

Re: Displayport to hdmi adapters.. Are they needed.

Hi , thanks for the link:- I am running Win7Pro so some of it may of not been applicable, going into detail, I did go into the AMD Vision controller (although after a recent update I can only see CPU power now (have to look at this later). I did go into the AMD Vision control panel and I was able to...

Re: Displayport to hdmi adapters.. Are they needed.

Can you post a links to your adapters? A passive DP2HDMI adapter will work. Also all majority DP2VGA adapters with an EDID emulation should work too These are listed earlier in this thread, I have tried a fair few now obviously costing money :-(. Just ordered an hp unit from eBay, someone posted th...

Re: Displayport to hdmi adapters.. Are they needed.

Let's try to narrow the issue to the adapter functionality. Attach a DP2HDMI adapter to the FitPC3 DP, and an HDMI monitor to the adapter. Unplug the other screen from the FitPC3's hdmi port. Now try to get a BIOS menu displayed. hi again, I have my unit (Fit3Pro, Win7Pro SSD) back (finally).. I kn...

Re: USB port detection

The problem may be related to a lack of a power cycle to an USB device. FitPC3 keeps the USB power on even in S4 power mode. Hi, when there is no power surely the USB power can not have power, maybe I misunderstand your comments, I have read on other forums about ssd and win7 64 bit machines that t...
