My Fit-PC is not connected to speakers, so that's not the problem. It took some time even to locate the source of these mysterious "beeps" :) Anyway you are probably right, the hard drive is at it's end. Thank you for your fast reply. I have had Fit-PC Slim a few years now. I run it as a Linux server and it has been working well, but now it started to make a beeping sound. The interval of the sound is random (from few minutes to hours). Does anyone have any idea what could cause this sound?
