Re: Error message when trying to start OS
Hello again, Now I have the same issue again as described in my last post above. I connected another keyboard, which makes no difference this time. I also switched the connections with the mouse, with the result that in the message it reads "mouse" instead of "keyboard". Thus it appears that there i...

Re: Error message when trying to start OS
I was able to install the OS again and it worked for a few days - before there was a problem with the USB drive. Now suddenly another issue turned up. I'm not able to get into the BIOS anymore, and when I start the PC, the first thing that shows up is the following message "mount: mounting none on /...

Re: Error message when trying to start OS
... Are you able to bot in to the Live desktop? The answer is: No - unless you can explain how. I attached a photo "screen shot". It puzzles me that it turned out mirror-inverted, as, of course, this is not the case on the actual screen. BTW, if I " press any key to continue ", the same message get...

However, I am unable to do this again, because all that happens when I try to do so, is this message showing ...

Re: Error message when trying to start OS
I already considered to RMA the product to the reseller. Here is his reply: "This has nothing to do with hardware. Just google on your mistake and you see messages like this: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/memtest86+/+question/135875 Your mint installation is causing problems…. Please ...

Re: Error message when trying to start OS
I just tried another keyboard. The "F..." commands in the BIOS are working with this one. I set the BIOS to the default configuration. But still no difference with the OS - neither the one I had installed, nor the Live version I tried to access via a bootable USB pen drive. Either way, only the ment...
