Re: Tested Linux distributions
I had similar problems with sound on my new Intense PC Pro after I first installed Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS. Since I run the Ubuntu 3.6.2-030602-generic x86_64 (64 bit) kernel (http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.6.2-quantal/) and control the volume with PulseAudio installed from the Ubuntu s...

Re: Windows 7 drivers for serial port?
Hi, does the RS232 serial port also work under Ubuntu 12.04 or Linux Mint 13?
Can I order an adapter cable for the RS232 mini-serial port from Compulab together with the Intense PC? Don't see the cable on the web order form.
Thanks!

Re: WiFi issue in Mint
Denis,
Many thanks for the quick turn-around.
Updated to new 2.6.35-34.2 kernel.
Now, WLAN works with Mint 9 on my fit-PC2i rev 1.2.

Re: WiFi issue in Mint
Thanks for supporting Mint 9. :D Everything works on my Fit-PC2i rev 1.2 (Z530, 1GB RAM) apart from the Ralink RT3070 USB WLAN. On Ubuntu 10.04 installed previously, WLAN worked as per fly's description under no. 7 at the beginning of this thread: http://www.fit-pc2.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=18...

Re: Power usage
Hello, is the power consumption and heat dissipation of the Fit-PC2(i) models with 2GHz Z550 processor and 2GB RAM higher than the power consumption of the 1.6GHz Z530 1GB RAM models? Thanks.
