Re: Comparison ION chipset - fit-PC2?
Nice to see that I do not get a notify on new posts although the ckechmark is set. I just accidently read your post. All the questions and things I am not satisfied with I already put in the original post. Please have a look at it. It is not about resolution but high CPU usage, slow playback of e.g....

Re: Comparison ION chipset - fit-PC2?
So can anybody comment on the above questions? Is it a plain GMA500 vs. GeForce 9400 comparison or is there something more?

Re: Comparison ION chipset - fit-PC2?
I know about power consumption. I am not satisfied with HDTV playback on ION. Therefore I asked my questions. Those are not about general CPU performance but about HDTV performance.

Comparison ION chipset - fit-PC2?
Good evening, right now I am using an ION based computer (Revo 3610) but am not that satisfied yet. Is there a comparison between ION and fit-PC2? Any table to compare which codec works better with the one or the other? Less CPU usage during playback and such? Can fit-PC2 play Pure HD, 3rd generatio...

Re: Heatsink from Compulab
Maybe I should place the fit-PC between the cooling fins of my heating. As the heating never runs, there is plenty of space and cold metal to transport high temperature.

Re: Heatsink from Compulab
Can you place a picture of this alumimium bar? Is it from a CPU cooler or not related to computing?

Re: 3.5" drive
What about ripping off the 2.5" HD and connecting a 3.5" instead? You just had to place a longer SATA cable to the fit-PC2. Then you could mount the fit-PC2 on top of your 3.5" HD and all should be fine.

Re: Heatsink from Compulab
Looking at the measurements of this cooling device it will fit on both fit-PC2 and fit-PC2i which bth use the same case as far as I can see. But why is the temperature reduced by only 5-7 degrees? I mean temperature is about 50-55 degrees in normal usage state as I read in a French web forum, so 5-7...

duty, VAT et al. to Western Europe/Germany?
For direct order the homepage says one has to add duty and VAT. Did anyone from Germany or Western Europe order directly from CompuLab and can tell how much one has to add for these?
