Uninstalling the GMA driver and using the standard driver in XP allowed me to run 640x480 @ 60Hz.

With display setting 640x480 60HZ, the outputted format is actually 656x496 60Hz. XP SP3 with the latest GMA500 6.14.11.1016 I need exactly 640x480 for my LCD panel. 72Hz has the same problem. 75Hz is OK but my panel(controller) does not accept 75Hz.
