I did quite a research and unfortunately converting HDMI -> RCA (DVi-D -> composite to be exact) is not possible. At least not in any economical way.

So CompuLab guys: make Fit-PC3 with DVI-I + 2GB RAM please.

I also opt for DVI-I. fit-PC perfect for heavy duty wearable computing (like this guy http://wearablepersonalcomputer.com/ ) save for lack of analog video output.
