@yogev_ezra Thank you. I didn't know about that one and it certainly seems to do the job. Still, spending 200$ for HDFury + ca 50$ for VGA to composite adapter, looks like a cumbersome solution when your basic computer costs 300$. I did quite a research and unfortunately converting HDMI -> RCA (DVi-D -> composite to be exact) is not possible. At least not in any economical way.
So CompuLab guys: make Fit-PC3 with DVI-I + 2GB RAM please.

I also opt for DVI-I. fit-PC perfect for heavy duty wearable computing (like this guy http://wearablepersonalcomputer.com/ ) save for lack of analog video output. The great feature of fit-PC is low power consumption. Using USB-VGA is a workaround to the video problem, but is means just 20% more powe...
