Problem resolved.
Reinstalled Windows 7 and the audio was working from the beginning. DO not know what caused the audio to fail before.

Re: Audio
Irad,
Thank for the response.
The audio is enabled in the BIOS. Also Windows 7 does detect device (when you remove the device and let windows 7 rescan for it).

Re: A BIOS update 21-Jul-09 is released
One little problem I discovered is that you can not create the bootable USB stick while running Windows 7. After downloading unzipping the zip file, I run ImUpdate.exe. I get an error when trying to create the bootable USB stick. See attached file for error. I had to go back to a Windows XP machine ...
Audio
I have installed Windows 7 RTM (Professional).
But I can not get audio to work.
What ever I try, even trying to install the XP drivers. I always end up with a problem with audio (see attached jpg).
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Re: Windows Home Server on fit-PC2
I have the 1.6Ghz version and WHS runs smoothly on it.
But I'm using the basic Windows Home Server software (+SP1) and the other updates available from microsoft.
I'm NOT running any fancy plugins that you can download from the web.
I have not tried to load the Windows Media Center extensions on it.

Thank you for the answer.
I'm currently running Windows 7 Professional and no problems sofar.
I did had to disable the Audio in the BIOS inorder to install Windows 7.
After Windows 7 was installed, I enabled the Audio and the machine was up and running.

Re: HDMI to DVI-D
Okay, I need to correct myself.... The Daewoo does not want to work as mentioned in my previous post. But the ViewSonic DOES work now. Both with the HDMI to DVI-D adapter and the HDMI to DVI-D cable, which I bought yesterday. So I have no idea why this monitor did not want to work on the pre-RMA box...

Re: HDMI to DVI-D
I just received my replacement fit-PC2 Turbo (very impressed with the quick RMA process by Anders in the UK). Again tried my Daewoo monitor as it might have been a faulty connection on the old fit-PC2. But, no luck. The Daewoo (DVI-D) still does not want to work. And my old Dell Monitor has no probl...

Are there plans to make the BIOS capable to boot from SD?
