I have two suggestions: 1. Make sure the audio plug is seated all the way into the output jack. I had to push fairly hard the first time I connected speakers before it went all the way in. The only problem that I've had is with the wifi card. The computer sees it as an unknown device, and I have no way of operating it. I have the RT3090 card in the computer.
