Try the Remote Deskot Protocole system included in windows XP, it works well for me.

I tried counter strike, trackmania nation for ever, but TM doesn't work (it start but is not playable) and CS is starting and is just playable in software mod (others mod doesn't work). Then I tried Age of Empire 2, this game does wanted to start because there was mising support of 3DFX in the drive...
